Welcome to Kesya Engineering. By accessing our website, requesting price quotations, or purchasing industrial machinery from us, you agree to the following terms and commercial guidelines.

1. Commercial Quotations & Orders

• All formal quotations, price estimates, and proforma invoices remain valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
• Machines are manufactured and dispatched according to agreed technical specifications, motor horsepower, and die configurations.
• GST tax invoices are issued in compliance with Indian commercial tax regulations.

2. Warranty & Technical Support

• Every machine is backed by our 1-Year Comprehensive Replacement OEM Warranty on major components (copper-wound motor, gearbox, hydraulic pressure cylinder).
• Warranty covers manufacturing flaws under normal operating conditions. Regular wear-and-tear items (such as blades and consumable belts) are available as genuine spare parts.

3. Legal Jurisdiction

Any disputes, claims, or legal matters arising from commercial transactions with Kesya Engineering shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Siliguri, West Bengal, India.
