At Kesya Engineering, our goal is 100% customer satisfaction with every industrial manufacturing machine. We offer a transparent, buyer-friendly 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy covering both defective items and customer remorse / non-defective product returns across all 36 States & UTs of India.

2. Returns for Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If your machinery arrives with physical transit damage, a manufacturing flaw, missing parts, or does not match the formal GST tax invoice specifications:

• Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with photos or video of the issue and your invoice number.
• Our senior technical team will arrange a video inspection or dispatch a replacement part / full replacement unit immediately.
• Return Shipping Cost: 100% Free (Covered fully by Kesya Engineering). We will book reverse logistics with our trusted transport partners (VRL Logistics, TCI Freight, Safexpress).
• Restocking Fee: ₹0 (No charge).

3. Returns for Non-Defective Products (Customer Remorse / Change of Mind)

If you change your mind, ordered the wrong model, or no longer require the machinery:

• You may initiate a return within 30 days from the delivery date.
• Condition Requirement: The machine must be in brand new, unused condition, with all factory seals, cables, dies, toolkit, and original wooden crating intact.
• Restocking Fee: ₹0 (Zero restocking fee).
• Refund Amount: You will receive a 100% full refund of the product purchase price once the unit is verified at our factory.

4. Product Exchanges

We gladly accept product exchanges within 30 days of delivery. If you wish to upgrade to a higher-capacity machine, automatic variant, or different model, simply contact our team. We will adjust the price differential and dispatch your replacement unit promptly.

5. Step-by-Step Return & Refund Process

1. Initiate Request: Contact our helpline via Phone (+91 9800211100), WhatsApp (+91 9800211100), or Email (kesyaengineering@gmail.com) with your Invoice Number.
2. Return Authorization & Shipping Label: Our dispatch desk will issue an official Return Authorization (RA) number and send the pre-paid Freight Bilty / Lorry Receipt (LR) tracking slip.
3. Pickup / Dispatch: Our logistics partner will pick up the securely packaged machine from your location, or you can drop it at the nearest logistics hub.
4. Inspection & Verification: Once the machine arrives at our Siliguri factory, our quality inspection engineers verify the unit within 24 to 48 hours.
5. Refund Disbursement: Your full refund is credited back to your original payment method or bank account within 5 to 7 business days.
